EGP 44 million in 9 months: Van Graph

In short

Van Graph, a local fashion brand in Egypt, made EGP 43.93 million in 9 months (January to September 2025) on 4.3 million in ad spend, a ROAS of 13.27, across 110 thousand orders with an average of EGP 399 and a 7.06% conversion rate. What made the high spend possible was operations more than media buying: a private shipping company raised the delivery rate to 75%. Multiple platforms and Messages Ads also played a part.

Van Graph is a local, mass-market fashion brand (the name is published with the brand's permission). The goal was sustained high spend (3 million+ a month) without the numbers collapsing.

The problem

Ad accounts get shut down quickly on the platforms. The challenge was less about getting sales and more about staying stable while spending at huge volume every day.

The strategy

What happened went beyond media buying: the business was ready. Operations made the high spend possible. A private shipping company raised the delivery rate to 75%, and that is what made every pound spent actually come back.

The execution

  • Multiple platforms: TikTok on dollar accounts (for more flexibility when accounts get shut down), and Meta on multiple ad accounts for stability.
  • Messages Ads: EGP 1 million in spend produced 9.5 million in sales.
  • Creative: Pinterest, plus recycling burned-out creative with new angles.
  • Raising AOV: a mandatory two-piece order, and pricing tactics that motivate both the courier and the customer.

The result

EGP 43.93 million in sales over 9 months on 4.3 million in ad spend, a ROAS of 13.27. Plus 110 thousand orders at an average of EGP 399, and a 7.06% conversion rate on 1.55 million visits. We also reached EGP 1 million in sales in a single day during Eid.

The lesson: big growth starts with the business itself being ready, not with the spend button.

The sales number comes from the store dashboard, not the ads manager. Messages Ads sales are attributed from the back end because the conversation closes off the platform, so the manager's number for them is lower than the real one.

Frequently asked questions

Why did operations matter more than media buying here?

Because sustained high spend needs a business that can absorb it. The private shipping company raised the delivery rate to 75%, which meant every pound spent actually came back instead of being lost on returned orders.
