From 1.1 million to 6.3 million: smart scaling in stages

In short

An ecommerce brand in Egypt grew from 1.1 million to 6.3 million with more than 16 thousand orders and an average order of EGP 378, and CPO fell from 37.5 to under 25 instead of shooting up. The method: new creative every week, shutting off any campaign that hits its max cost instead of leaving it to bleed, and launching each time with one different variable so we know exactly what worked.

A brand that made 1.1 million in a month can make several times that, if every detail is calculated. This case is about scaling in stages without profitability collapsing.

The problem

Most brands think scaling just means raising the budget. They raise spend, CPO shoots up, and the profit disappears. What we needed was the opposite: grow while CPO goes down.

The strategy

Smart scaling, not big spending. We spend more when the numbers allow it, and never before.

The execution

  • We brought CPO down from 37.5 to under 25 with new creative every week.
  • A campaign that hits max cost gets shut off. We don't leave it to bleed.
  • Every launch has one different variable, so we know exactly what worked.
  • Creative doesn't really burn out, it gets renewed (hook/song/cut/text = 3-5 versions of the same idea).

The result

From 1.1 million to 6.3 million, with more than 16 thousand orders and an average order of EGP 378. Spending isn't what makes the difference. Knowing where you're spending, when and why is.
