Media Buyer and Digital Marketer in Jordan for Stores in Amman, Zarqa and Irbid
If your store sells in dinars in Jordan, you need someone who measures ads against the orders that actually arrived. I'm Ahmed Ebrahem, a media buyer and the founder of Saduq Agency, and I work fully online. I have no office in Jordan and no published client from the Jordanian market so far, so the numbers below come from Egypt and Oman, with the location written next to each.
One percentage doesn't sum up payment in Jordan
Cash on delivery is common, but its share is disputed: one seller of ecommerce tools estimates cards at 35%, COD at 30% and wallets at 20%, and I treat that as a rough estimate. Meanwhile CliQ instant payments reached JD14.5 billion between January and September 2025, up 73.2%, so Jordanian customers know instant payment. What matters most to me is what your own customers pick at checkout. That tells us whether Zain Cash or Orange Money deserve a clear spot on the page. And since Shopify Payments isn't available in Jordan, we settle the payment gateway before any spend.
TikTok needs a check before it gets a budget
TikTok was blocked in December 2022 and was still blocked in January 2023, then users described it working without a VPN in an undated report. So I check its current status before planning around it. For the other channels, DataReportal's ad reach numbers give a starting point: Facebook 5.55 million, Instagram 4.55 million, Snapchat 4.20 million. That is ad reach, not active users, and the decision comes after a small test on your product. More on both platforms: Facebook and Instagram ads management and Snapchat ads management.
What do you get from my work outside Jordan?
- Al Baraka Al Sabaa in Egypt, selling by cash on delivery: EGP 3.64 million in a month and a 3.14% conversion rate after removing the cart (full case).
- Body Romantic in Oman: orders up about 15x, with items per order rising from 2.5 to 3.95.
This is a method that can transfer, not a promise of a similar number in Amman. Other countries are on the Arab world page.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Amman?
No. All the work is online over WhatsApp and video calls, and I have no published client from Jordan so far.
Should I advertise on TikTok in Jordan?
Not before checking the platform's current status. It was blocked in December 2022 and later reports conflict.
Do I need cash on delivery in a Jordanian store?
Usually yes as an option, but the published shares conflict, so we measure what your customers actually choose.
How much does a media buyer cost in Jordan?
A fixed monthly fee plus a percentage of sales, set after reviewing your profit margin and the size of the spend.
