Media Buyer and Digital Marketer in Lebanon for Stores in Beirut, Tripoli and Sidon
In Lebanon, the advertising decision starts with an unusual question: which currency do you price in, and how will the customer pay? Ahmed Ebrahem is a media buyer and the founder of Saduq Agency. He runs ads online and reviews the store before the budget. We have no office in Lebanon and no published case from the Lebanese market, and the proof below comes from Egypt and Oman.
Dollars and cash come before the creative
The Lebanese pound is the official currency, but dollar cash is the norm, and some ecommerce tool sellers advise pricing the store in dollars. Payment usually happens on delivery or with fresh dollar cards tied to foreign-currency accounts, according to the US trade guide. Add to that OMT Pay and Whish, both of which offer a Visa card. In practice, if the product page doesn't explain price and payment at first glance, the ad pays for that confusion.
The largest reach isn't always the best sales channel
DataReportal puts TikTok first with 4.58 million in reach, then Facebook 3.45 million, Instagram 2.95 million and Snapchat 1.46 million. Yet one source calls Instagram the main ad channel in Lebanon, and that is a tool seller's opinion, not a study. So I test both channels on a small budget and judge by orders. Language goes into the same test: English and Arabic, and French for some segments.
Delivery shapes the offer
According to one commercial source, Aramex and Wakilni operate in the market, and Toters offers same-day delivery in Greater Beirut. I confirm this with your own courier, then build the ad's promise on what you can deliver outside Beirut too. And since Shopify Payments and a direct Stripe account aren't available to a business based in Lebanon, the payment gateway gets reviewed with the store.
Where do my numbers come from?
In Egypt, we revived a tiring ad for Van Graph by changing the first second, and it made EGP 7 million in two months at a cost per order of EGP 38 (full case). Raising order value matters as much as the ad itself: how to raise average order value. The service itself: Instagram and Facebook ads management, and other markets are on the Arab countries page.
Frequently asked questions

Many merchants do, because dollar cash is common. The final call depends on your product and customers.
Have you worked with Lebanese stores?
I have no published case from Lebanon. The published numbers come from Egypt, Oman and the Gulf.
Which platform is best in Lebanon?
TikTok has the largest ad reach and Instagram is described as the main sales channel, so we decide after a small test.
How much does ad management cost in Lebanon?
A fixed monthly fee plus a percentage of sales, set after reviewing your profit margin and the size of the spend.
